Whether we are coaching sales professionals, business leaders, business owners, teachers, members of the clergy or homemakers, our coaching philosophy is the same.  Our coaching approach involves three phases whenever we deal with clients: Who they are, where they are and where do they want to go.

First, we work with the client to determine what is important to them. Consideration is given to family, professional, financial, relational, spiritual, emotional and physical. We discuss each aspect in some depth to understand each importance. It is during this process that the client also gains understanding of each component of their lives and how they interact.

Second, the client gives us a picture of where they are. What areas are they happy with? What areas are not satisfactory? Why are they not happy with it? Is their dissatisfaction something they could live with? Is their dissatisfaction in one area affecting the other areas of their lives?

Third, we help determine the client of where they want to go. What are the goals that they want to achieve? Why is achieving these goals important to them? In sorting out their goals, the client has to understand that there are impacts in other areas of their lives. Are they willing to make the sacrifice? This last phase is where most time is spent in helping the client. The tendency is to stay with what they were doing whenever there are hurdles to overcome.
